Subscription Policy

Overview

EVERION offers a Subscribe & Save program that allows customers to receive automatic recurring deliveries of their favorite products at a discounted rate. By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize EVERION to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing & Pricing

Your payment method will be charged automatically at the frequency you select at checkout (e.g., every 30 days). The charge will reflect the current subscription price at the time of billing, inclusive of any applicable taxes. You will receive an email reminder 3 days before each renewal charge.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. To avoid being charged for the next cycle, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your next scheduled billing date. To cancel, log into your account and manage your subscription from the customer portal, or contact us at support@everionlife.com.

Skipping & Pausing

You may skip or pause a delivery at any time through your customer account portal before your next billing date.

Modifications

You may change your delivery frequency, quantity, or shipping address at any time through your customer account portal.

Refunds

Subscription orders that have already been processed and shipped are subject to our standard return policy. If you were charged in error, contact support@everionlife.com within 7 days for a full refund.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will retry your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days. If payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be paused until updated billing information is provided.

Product Availability

In the rare event a product becomes unavailable, we will notify you by email and pause your subscription until the product is restocked or offer a suitable alternative.
