Please include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide a resolution.

Refunds

Please allow several business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error or a damaged/defective product.
